Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related field.
• At least 1 year of supervised experience with individuals and groups in social services; 1 year in property management engagement.
• Strong computer skills; nonprofit experience and social justice knowledge are preferred; commitment to equity, inclusion, and anti-racism.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and advocate multiple social services to meet housing needs.
• Help improve clients’ daily living skills and health.
• Arrange referrals to resources and develop information support systems.
• Assist in developing information systems and increasing client independence.
• Increase residential stability and advocacy with landlords and housing providers.
• Conduct outreach to recently housed clients and facilitate continuity of services.
