Job summary

The Family Place in Dallas, TX is seeking a Bilingual Case Manager to provide comprehensive case management and crisis intervention for survivors of domestic violence who are experiencing homelessness. You will develop individualized service plans, coordinate referrals, and advocate for safety and stability.

This role requires a deep understanding of trauma, strong de-escalation skills, and the ability to work with diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in crisis intervention and/or domestic violence field preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

Responsibilities

• Provides families with case management services, including housing, employment, legal, and medical referrals.
• Coordinates family case management meetings twice a month and weekly meetings with the head of household.
• Completes intake and orientation of services and discusses safety planning.
