Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Bilingual Program Specialist to join a mission-driven organization in Washington, DC on a temporary basis. You will provide administrative and program support for housing-related legal aid programs, conduct client intakes, and coordinate with attorneys, volunteers, and clients.

The role is 35 hours per week, hybrid with 2 days on site, starts ASAP, pays $28–$31 per hour, and runs through June 2027 (about 9–10 months).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and program support for housing-related legal assistance programs serving tenants and small landlords
• Conduct client intakes, assess eligibility, and connect individuals with appropriate legal resources and referrals
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, volunteers, and community members seeking assistance
• Maintain program records, case management data, and reporting documentation
• Support attorneys, volunteers, and housing clinics through client coordination and administrative assistance
• Assist with grant compliance, data tracking, outreach materials, and special projects
• Support both on-site and virtual legal services programs and community clinics
