Jaydot in Washington, DC is hiring a bilingual PSH Case Manager to support people transitioning from homelessness into permanent housing, focusing on Spanish-speaking clients. The role involves building relationships, developing individualized service plans, and coordinating housing and benefits to promote stability.

The position is full-time, in-person at multiple DC locations, with a salary of $59,000–$60,000 and a 3% bilingual pay differential for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, counseling, or related field or licensure/certification in a relevant discipline or high school diploma with 4+ years experience with vulnerable populations.
• One year of experience providing case management services.
• Experience with Housing the Homeless (HTH) database is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with up to 25 participants (families and individuals).
• Develop partnerships with landlords and property managers.
• Assist participants in securing and maintaining housing and navigating benefits.
• Create and monitor Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
• Complete case notes and required documentation within timeframes.
• Educate participants on tenant rights and responsibilities.
