Job summary

Gold Key PHR is seeking an entry-level supervisory person to oversee housekeeping Associates. You will ensure guest rooms meet SSI standards for cleanliness, quality, and efficiency, while motivating the team and maintaining safety and procedure compliance.

Responsibilities include on-time supervision, training, room inspections, and collaboration with staff to uphold high service standards. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a good attitude and work ethic.
• Ability to interact with guests and staff.
• English proficiency preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Experience with Room Attendant role and references encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping Associates and motivate the team.
• Ensure all guest rooms meet SSI standards for cleanliness and quality.
• Train and coach staff using approved materials.
• Inspect rooms and ensure proper turnover and documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
