AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in Florida to provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care within the hospice framework.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to support patients and their families, coordinating care and ensuring comfort at every stage of illness. The role requires a valid RN license in the state, at least one year of nursing experience, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and appropriate auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life.
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual to guide care decisions.
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are.
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity.
• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress.
• Participate in on-call or admission rotations as needed.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development.
