Greater Indy Habitat for Humanity is seeking a full-time Partnership Coordinator for its Homeownership team in Indianapolis, IN. The role supports low- to moderate-income first-time homebuyers from application through closing.

You will deliver HUD-certified counseling, create action plans, and facilitate financial literacy workshops while collaborating with Construction and Development teams to ensure program compliance.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in homeownership counseling, mortgage lending, or credit counseling.
• Credit and mortgage experience required.
• Spanish fluency required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, deadline management, Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
• NMLS license or HUD Housing Counselor Certification within 60 days (preferred).
• Salesforce or other CRM experience (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Deliver HUD-certified homebuyer readiness counseling focused on budgeting, credit improvement, debt management, and mortgage literacy.
• Develop individualized written readiness action plans with clear milestones for applicants facing credit challenges or limited savings.
• Provide culturally responsive support to families throughout the program.
• Facilitate workshops and financial literacy education events.
• Track partnership (sweat equity) hours and program completion.
• Maintain CRM databases (Salesforce), pipeline tracking, and program reporting.
• Ensure compliance with program and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate closely with the Construction and Development teams.
