Operation HOPE seeks a Bilingual Financial Wellbeing Coach – Homeownership to guide clients through HUD-guided processes and homeownership steps. You will provide one-on-one counseling, financial education, and resource referrals to empower clients toward sustainable homeownership.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required. duties include data entry to HUD guidelines, workshops, and collaboration with bank partners, with both virtual and in-person sessions offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree (or 2+ years of related experience) in finance, housing, counseling, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of personal finance, budgeting, debt management, and savings strategies.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• HUD certified or able to pass HUD Counselor exam within 90 days.
• Experience in homeownership counseling or related roles.
• Excellent presentation skills for group and individual recruitment/training.
• Empathetic, patient, and capable of working with diverse populations.
• Ability to meet monthly and annual production goals and tight deadlines.
• Must have personal transportation for travel within designated market area.
• Commitment to ongoing HUD training.

Aufgaben

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions for homeownership to guide clients.
• Provide guidance on HUD programs including FHA loans and down payment assistance.
• Develop personalized action plans based on client needs.
• Educate clients on budgeting, debt management, and savings strategies.
• Deliver comprehensive financial education to clients.
• Build relationships with bank partners and community organizations.
• Offer both virtual and in-person workshops as requested.
• Enroll clients into the CRM Dynamics system and encourage online enrollment.
• Maintain accurate records per HUD guidelines and update Dynamics daily.
• Travel within the designated market area to meet clients.
