Qualifications

• 1+ years of home care coordination experience.
• Knowledgeable in HHA Exchange is a plus.
• Spanish language ability is required for interactions with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Plan service coverage from caregivers and companions to ensure client satisfaction and high-quality care.
