The ideal candidate has 2+ years as a Homecare Staffing Coordinator, is fluent in Spanish or Creole, and proficient with HHA Exchange and basic computer tools. You will support patients and insurers while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Fluency in one or more languages (Spanish or Creole) required.
• Proficiency with HHA Exchange software and basic computer apps.
• 2+ years as a Homecare Staffing Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage case coverage for home health aides; ensure adequate staffing.
• Use HHA Exchange to monitor missed visits, EVV, and address issues.
• Maintain accurate patient records and notes in the system.
• Respond to inquiries from patients, aides, and insurers with professional support.
• Assist patients in navigating care and communicating with insurers.
• Collaborate with team to cover staffing gaps and meet daily goals.
• Take ownership of assigned cases to prioritize patient well-being.
