Clayton Homes is seeking a Customer-focused Retail Home Consultant in Glendale, AZ. You will guide customers through floor plans, options, and the coordination of construction to create a best-in-class home buying experience.

Ideal candidates are bilingual (English/Spanish) with sales experience, strong communication, and team spirit. The role includes a base salary plus commission, full-time hours, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• At least 6 months of relationship-driven B2C sales preferred.
• General understanding of the retail environment.
• Ability to obtain appropriate manufactured home sales licensing.
• Learn and comply with legal requirements that apply to the sale of manufactured homes.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Team oriented and collaborative.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to walk the lot and show homes in all seasons.
• Ability to move and lift furniture up to 75 lbs.
• Subject to criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Create a world-class home buying experience by helping customers identify floor plans and options and coordinate the construction process.
• Present display homes and demonstrate features to create added value for buyers.
• Set appointments and convert ads and web leads into showings.
• Maintain customer files and provide timely follow-up via the CRM.
• Participate in sales meetings, training opportunities, and company-sponsored functions.
• Assist with merchandising and model presentation; support team in a fast-paced environment.
