Job summary

City of Pharr is seeking a Full-Time Helpdesk Specialist to join a dynamic, customer-centric team in Pharr, TX. You will be the first point of contact for TEAMPHARR.NET customers and end-users, answering calls or emails and guiding them to resolution with scripts and checklists.

This onsite role offers hands-on problem solving, basic network troubleshooting for computers and printers, and the opportunity to improve city services through reliable IT support.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in technical computer, network, or software support.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience in Windows-based environments and call center duties.
• Familiarity with work order tracking systems.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for end-users via phone or email.
