Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in health, management or related field.
• Knowledge of administrative, clinical and management requirements in healthcare.
• Supervisory experience, 3-5 personnel.
• Bilingual English and Spanish (oral and written) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Patient Services staff and coordinate performance evaluations and hiring decisions.
• Manage front desk cash/credit deposits and billing coordination with Revenue Cycle.
• Serve as onsite contact for issues and coordinate with practices and vendors.
• Collaborate with OPS Leadership to implement policies and ensure staffing and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the COO.
