Frontera Healthcare Network is seeking a Patient Experience Specialist to be the face of the organization, coordinating the front office and supporting compassionate, professional patient care in a fast-paced clinic in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

You will train front desk staff, manage schedules, assist with data collection and reporting, and ensure team alignment across departments while upholding HIPAA regulations. This role requires calm under pressure and excellent communication.

Qualifikationen

• Grade/Level of Education: 12/High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual

Aufgaben

• Attend monthly Patient Experience Meetings and training for Clinic Office Coordinator roles.
• Assist with CPI data collection and front desk reporting for the assigned clinic.
• Coordinate, organize and assign duties for all front desk team members to ensure work is being done efficiently.
• Establish front desk team member work schedules monthly and request Floater(s) from the Regional Supervisor as needed.
• Receive call-ins and ensure coverage for front desk; coordinate with Regional Supervisor for Floater needs.
• Orient and train new and current front desk team members on FHN front office policies and procedures.
• Coordinate daily huddles to ensure departments meet together daily for care coordination and issue clarification.
• Assist in interviews for front desk staffing in the assigned clinic.
• Maintain front office supplies and order from Central Supply as needed.
• Evaluate performance of front office team members and conduct 90-day performance evaluations.
• Alert Regional Supervisor to disciplinary actions or large unresolved issues.
• Assist in disciplinary action with HR and Regional Supervisor.
• Monitor overtime over 4 hours per pay period (when not approved).
• Operate in HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
