Lunera Health seeks a Patient Services Lead to serve as an on-site resource for the Patient Services team. This patient-facing role manages front desk duties, greets patients, schedules appointments, and coordinates with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations at the center in Manassas, VA.

Competenze

• 3-5 years experience in a medical office setting.
• Fluent in English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and EMR.
• Ability to multi-task and work extended hours.

Mansioni

• Schedule appointments for new and established patients.
• Provide patients and the general public with information about the Center including services provided and fees.
• Work interdependently with other Patient Services staff to complete daily administrative and financial tasks.
• Collect patient payments, registration, Sliding Fee Discount Program documents and verify essential information.
• Responsible for implementing Front Desk procedures and maintaining lobby/waiting areas.
• Assign walk-in appointments and classify visits in the EMR system.
• Enter payments and provide receipts; complete daily cash worksheet.
• All other duties as assigned.
