Access Community Health Network in Chicago is seeking a friendly, patient-focused Front Desk Receptionist to create a welcoming, efficient check-in experience. You will gather data, schedule appointments, handle payments, and deliver high-quality customer service to support our patient-centered medical home model.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, and training with Epic EMR will be provided to ensure seamless care delivery and improved community health outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic proficiency in computer skills.
• Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Serve as patients’ first point of contact and create a welcoming front desk environment.
• Guide patients through check-in, data collection, appointment scheduling, and payments.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to support ACCESS patient-centered care.
• Advance organizational goals to improve patient care and community health outcomes.
• Receive comprehensive training with Epic, one of the world's leading Electronic Medical Record systems.
