Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Customer Experience Agent for an onsite role in Northwest Houston, TX. You will be the first point of contact for Medicare Advantage members, delivering empathetic and efficient support to turn concerns into reassurance.

The position is full-time onsite in Houston, requiring a compassionate, service-driven mindset and the ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused support, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
• Ability to handle benefits, claims, enrollment, and clinical service inquiries.
• Strong communication, listening, and empathy skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries from Medicare Advantage members with accurate, timely, and warm support.
• Navigate and resolve issues related to benefits, claims, enrollment, and clinical services.
• Advocate for members’ needs and collaborate with internal teams for full resolution.
• Document interactions and share feedback trends to improve processes and experiences.
• Adhere to operational procedures and regulatory requirements to protect member information.
