Job summary

Accurate Personnel LLC is hiring a bilingual Customer Service Representative in Houston, TX to serve Medicaid members with benefits questions, PCP changes, and enrollment support. You will be the primary contact, delivering a warm, helpful service experience and logging calls accurately.

Typical shift is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a competitive benefits package. Candidates fluent in Spanish and English and with healthcare or Marketplace experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Experience in Medicaid, healthcare benefits, or Marketplace customer service preferred.
• Open-minded and receptive to feedback, eager to collaborate.
• Strong communication, active listening, and ability to navigate phone systems and member databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage 30 to 40 calls per day (up to 50–60 during peak periods) assisting Medicaid members with care navigation, plan benefits, PCP changes, and general inquiries
• Communicate with a warm, personable, and helpful service style to resolve member needs effectively and build trust
• Log into the call queue promptly at 8:00 AM to maintain seamless queue coverage
• Actively participate in regular coaching sessions, team check-ins, and ongoing performance feedback with team leaders
• Utilize foundational knowledge of Medicaid and state‑mandated benefit rules (with opportunities for future cross‑training)

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IN HOUSTON, TX

We are seeking empathetic, dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Houston, TX. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Medicaid members, assisting them with plan benefits, primary care provider (PCP) changes, enrollment questions, and general service needs. This position is ideal for approachable, communicative individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment, take coaching constructively, and strive to deliver a supportive experience to every caller.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• $17.00-$19.00/hour
• Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

• Located in Houston, TX

Duties and Responsibilities
