Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months healthcare or 6 months customer service experience, preferably in a call-center environment.
• Ability to fluently speak English & Spanish.
• Ability to demonstrate internet-based, multi-screen computer navigation with ease.

Responsibilities

• Connect with healthcare professionals in English and Spanish to educate about client products.
• Handle education-focused phone calls for assigned clients and programs in accordance with policies and laws.
• Resolve issues, document customer notes with clear explanations in real-time while on the phone.
• Maintain quality, calls per hour, and response time metrics to meet program goals.
• Keep product knowledge up-to-date with training updates and email communications.
• Escalate to Manager any situation outside the employee's control that could adversely impact services.
