Job summary

MarketSource in San Antonio, TX seeks a Customer Care Associate to support healthcare client programs, handle inbound/outbound calls, and resolve issues with strong communication. You will document interactions, maintain quality metrics, and stay current on product knowledge.

This role requires 6 months healthcare or customer service experience, bilingual English and Spanish, and the ability to multi-channel communicate.

Qualifications

• 6 months Healthcare experience or 6 months customer service experience, preferably in a call-center environment
• Ability to fluently speak English & Spanish
• Ability to demonstrate internet-based, multi-screen computer navigation with ease
• Ability to demonstrate understanding of the FDA regulated, Healthcare environment
• Preferred technical troubleshooting experience

Responsibilities

• Connect with healthcare professionals and educate clients about products
• Handle incoming and outgoing education-focused calls according to policies and laws
• Resolve issues, document interactions, and maintain accurate notes
• Maintain calls per hour and response time targets
• Escalate to supervisor when needed
• Work across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, paper)
• Research and resolve issues within scope of responsibility
