Role involves handling basic inquiries across multiple channels, following HIPAA rules, and assisting callers with online applications. A high school diploma and 6 months of customer service experience required; fluency in Spanish is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• On-site work requirement; remote work not available at start.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service for basic and routine inquiries and problems via multiple channels.
• Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
• Provides feedback on call trends, processes, procedures, and training.
• Assist caller(s) with filling out online applications and submitting electronically.
• Follow privacy and HIPAA rules and internal procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client regulations and policies.
• Refer calls as required to CSR Lead or senior staff.
• May require overtime and scheduled holidays.
