Maximus is hiring bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representatives to provide compassionate, reliable support to individuals navigating healthcare programs. This part-time, on-site role is based in Phoenix, AZ with starting pay of $20.04 per hour and eligible for bonus opportunities up to $2,880.

You’ll assist vulnerable members, receive paid training, and enjoy benefits like company-paid medical coverage, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) matching, PTO, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be fluent in English and specified secondary language.
• Must be able to speak and read Spanish fluently.

• Provides customer service for basic and routine inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, web chat, letters).
• Calls are basic and routine.
• Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
• Provides feedback on call trends, processes, procedures, and training.
• May respond to inquiries by referring to published materials or to senior staff.
• Participates in internal training and ensures timely attendance.
