Job summary

Arion Care Solutions is seeking a motivated HCBS Coordinator to provide essential administrative support and ensure compliant, accurate services for individuals with developmental disabilities in the Phoenix area.

You will assist the DD Area Manager, oversee payroll/billing for DSPs, manage documentation, and participate in planning meetings with families and members. A high school diploma and 1+ year admin-related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year experience in admin support, behavioral health, social work, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Data entry and time management capabilities.
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel throughout the Valley.
• Must be 18+, pass a background check, and obtain a DPS fingerprint card.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and operational support to the DD Area Manager/Supervisor.
• Ensure smooth payroll and billing processes for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Maintain DSP compliance documentation and certification records.
• Attend and support planning meetings with members and families.
• Build strong relationships with DSPs, members, guardians, and internal staff.
• Travel locally throughout the Valley for meetings, home visits, and inspections.
• Help ensure services remain compliant, accurate, and responsive.
