University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Authority is seeking a Guest Services Specialist - Bilingual (Finance) to support information desks, waiting areas and other hospital spaces with exemplary customer service. The role requires greeting patients, families and visitors in Spanish and creating a welcoming environment for all guests.

The position is part-time (70% FTE) with scheduled hours Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service, administrative support, retail, or related experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support the information desk, waiting rooms and other areas by providing the best customer service.
• Greet patients, families and visitors and create a welcoming environment for guests.
