Qualifikationen

• Must be fluent in writing and speaking Spanish.
• Must be able to translate documents from English to Spanish.

Aufgaben

• Manage a caseload of inmate and family inquiries via phone, mail, and email.
• Track and assign correspondence in the department's database within set timeframes.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow policy during access to logs.
• Stay current with Department Rules and Florida statutes related to Citizen Services.
• Review Citizen Services policies annually and suggest changes.
• Coordinate responses with Office of Communications and Office of Legislative Affairs.
• Support the Secretary’s Office and perform related duties as assigned.
• Assist as needed in other duties assigned by the Legislative Affairs Manager.
• Report to the FDC office in the area served; not a teleworking position.
