Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Four (4) or more years experience responding to correspondence that required researching information and working with other areas within the organization to address/resolve issues.
• Four (4) or more years experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing electronic database(s).

Responsibilities

• This position manages contracts, statistical data, and financial reporting for facilities expenditures.
• Oversees statewide construction and maintenance databases and bridges data analysis with operations.
• Ensures compliance with ADA and related regulations by conducting accessibility surveys and addressing non-compliance.
• Communicates effectively, organizes data, and applies problem-solving techniques to improve operations.
