Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process reservations and communicate with drivers to ensure smooth operations.
• Reservations and booking: respond to inquiries and finalize reservations and booking information.
• Communicate with the team, vendors, and stakeholders to keep operations aligned.
• Communicate with drivers to update movements when necessary and assign vehicles.
• Assist with golf equipment rental and coordination with farm-out companies.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
