Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Consultant, or Assistant Lane Manager (required).
• Proven track record of excellent customer satisfaction.
• High energy, reliable, and team-oriented.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• GM dealership experience and/or bilingual Spanish (a plus).
• CDK software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and gather vehicle information.
• Accurately document customer concerns and symptoms.
• Recommend maintenance services based on mileage, age, and history.
• Create detailed cost estimates for parts and labor.
• Monitor repair progress and keep customers updated.
• Review and finalize repair orders and invoices.
• Clearly explain repairs and charges to customers.
