Qualifications

• Bilingual ability (Spanish/English) required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• 5+ years of import/export documentation experience.
• Experience coordinating with freight forwarders and customs brokers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee import and export processes for CGR shipments.
• Manifest shipments in the ACE interface.
• Maintain communications with customers and customs brokers.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and international trade regulations.
• Keep accurate records of all import/export transactions.
• Monitor shipments and resolve delays or clearance issues.
• Field customer inquiries via email and phone with urgency.
• Prepare documentation related to dangerous goods.
• Assist with audits or reviews relating to shipping compliance.
• Coordinate cross-department invoicing and related tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
