Qualifications

• Business or Transportation degree and/or 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Detail oriented with strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dashboards and update systems in accordance with the Tender of Service and BVS 2.0
• Provide shipment updates and support a strong customer experience
• Identify and resolve issues related to documentation and shipment delays
• Review and process paperwork to ensure shipment accuracy
• Support clearing, customer service and leadership with issue resolution
• Assist with inbound customer calls related to delivery coordination
