The role requires extensive leadership experience in retail foodservice, strong P&L skills, and a focus on quality, sanitation, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent experience in food service management.
• Minimum five years of retail foodservice management experience.
• P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience desirable.
• Proficiency with food safety, sanitation and regulatory standards.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication across levels.
• Proficient computer skills including Office.
• CDM certification desirable.

Responsabilités

• Oversee multiple dining service departments across facilities.
