Job summary

ABM Industries is hiring a Recruiter for our Frontline Talent Acquisition Team in San Juan, PR. The role focuses on janitorial/custodial hiring across ABM’s groups, with bilingual English/Spanish required. On-site, Mon-Fri at 320 Eleonor Roosevelt Ave, San Juan.

The recruiter will manage full lifecycle recruiting, from planning and sourcing to presentation, negotiation, and onboarding, while building candidate pipelines and collaborating with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
• Ability to recruit for multiple roles primarily in janitorial/custodial teams.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required and demonstrated communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with candidates in person, email, text, and phone to drive the recruiting process at the designated hiring center.
• Reach out to new candidates via phone or email.
• Screen backgrounds, drug and motor vehicle paperwork as part of pre-employment steps.
• Develop candidate pipelines via resumes, job fairs, referrals, social media, and direct sourcing.
• Attend job fairs and promote ABM and available positions to candidates.
• Create recruiting materials and postings for internal and external systems.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding actions; assist with screening and selection.
