Job summary

ABM is seeking a Recruiter for our Frontline Talent Acquisition Team in Puerto Rico. The role focuses on recruiting janitorial/custodial team members for multiple industry groups, with bilingual English/Spanish required.

Work is on-site in San Juan (320 Eleonor Roosevelt Avenue, San Juan PR 00918), Monday through Friday. You will manage full cycle recruiting from planning through presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, and closing, employing creative sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Ability to attract talent for frontline roles across multiple teams.

ABM is hiring a Recruiter for our Frontline Talent Acquisition Team! This role will recruit primarily for janitorial/custodial team members for all of our industry groups in Puerto Rico. Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is required.

This role is on-site (Mon-Fri) located at 320 Eleonor Roosevelt Avenue, San Juan PR 00918.

As an integral member of the centralized Talent Acquisition team, the Recruiter will source and attract top talent to ABM. This is achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing creative and non-traditional strategies and managing the full life cycle of the process including presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components.
