Job summary

MaxHealth MSO is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join our team. This role ensures the smooth operation of the front desk while delivering outstanding patient experiences under the supervision of the Front Office Lead.

The ideal candidate will be the first contact for clients and visitors, providing a welcoming experience and supporting multi-line phone systems, data entry, and EMR tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred, with strong organization

Qualifications

• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and follow through on tasks.
• Accurate data entry with great attention to detail.
• Previous front office experience in a healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with EMR systems (eCW a plus).
• Experience with provider scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front office operations to maintain an organized and efficient workflow.
• Greet and assist patients with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls with prompt, courteous communication.
• Be the expert on patient offerings and answer questions about services.
• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, maintaining organized records and files.
