The Pay-O-Matic Corporation, Brooklyn location, is seeking a Front-Line Customer Service Representative to handle transactions, assist customers, and promote services. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and the ability to work weekends and floating shifts across nearby stores.

This in-person position offers full-time hours at Store 108 in Brooklyn, with a schedule covering 11:00 am to 9:00 pm as needed and a competitive hourly rate.

Formación

• One to two years related experience or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and respond to customers’ needs.
• Process transactions including cashing checks, money transfers, bill payment and sale of prepaid products.
• Open new accounts and issue cards.
• Ensure timely and courteous completion of transactions.
• Maintain customer accounts with updated info.
• Promote Pay-O-Matic’s services.
• Follow cash handling procedures and safety policies.
• Perform cleaning and general store maintenance duties as assigned.
