Job summary

The Pay-O-Matic Corporation in Brooklyn is seeking a Part-Time Front-Line Customer Service Representative for 8 am to 8 pm shifts. A bilingual English/Spanish capability is preferred to assist a diverse customer base.

You will handle customer transactions, cash checks, money transfers, bill payments and prepaid products, open accounts, update customer records, and promote services while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and a friendly, professional demeanor. Weekend work may be required.
