Job summary

America's Best, part of National Vision, is hiring a part-time Front Desk Receptionist who is bilingual in English and Spanish. You will greet customers, manage schedules, and handle basic insurance questions in a fast-paced optical retail setting.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, organization, and the ability to multitask across calls and in-person interactions. Previous front desk experience is a plus, with Sundays off the store being closed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
• 0-2 years related experience or training preferred.
• Experience handling multiple phone lines preferred.
• Strong organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and direct them to the appropriate store team members.
• Answer and screen incoming calls; route messages and inquiries accordingly.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; manage calendars for the front desk.
• Maintain accurate patient/visitor records and ensure privacy compliance.
• Process basic insurance information and assist with inquiries as needed.
• Keep reception area tidy and stocked with necessary materials.
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth operations and customer flow.
