Responsibilities

• Confirm and update patient information and demographics.
• Prepare patient charts and documentation for appointments.
• Check-in and check-out functions including collecting payments.
• Obtain consents/authorizations and process insurance pre-authorizations and referrals.
• Answer calls, document messages, and route inquiries.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
• Maintain medical records and support front-office operations.
