Job Title: BilingualFront Desk Representative (Bilingual – Spanish)

Location (City, State): Pasadena & Pearland, TX (Must be flexible to work at both locations)

Industry: Healthcare / Medical Office

Pay: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)

About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with a well-established specialty healthcare practice in the Greater Houston area. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a bilingual Front Desk Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Job Description:

The Front Desk Representative will rotate between check-in, scheduling, and check-out duties. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a multi-provider setting while delivering excellent service to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in/out patients with professionalism and empathy
  • Schedule appointments and follow-ups using Epic EMR
  • Process patient referrals and ensure accurate appointment coordination
  • Monitor work queues for missing registration and authorizations
  • Verify insurance details and collect appropriate patient payments (copays, deductibles, coinsurance)
  • Reconcile payments within the EMR system
  • Provide coverage at both Pasadena and Pearland offices as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of medical front desk experience
  • Experience using Epic EMR required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
  • Understanding of insurance terms and patient collections
  • Prior experience in referral or procedure scheduling is a plus

Additional Details:

  • Rotating schedule:
    • Check-In: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
    • Scheduling: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Check-Out: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Patient volume varies (average 60–100 per day depending on provider schedule)
  • Black scrubs required (scrubs may be provided if needed)
  • Team of 3–4 front desk staff per location
