Job summary

DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. You will greet guests, direct them to the right departments, handle inquiries, and support daily operations using QuickBooks and other software.

The role emphasizes professional, warm service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced automotive environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; 18+ and a valid license may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication with a clear phone presence.
• Professional demeanor with strong customer service.
• Bilingual abilities preferred (Spanish a plus).
• 1+ year in administrative, receptionist, or customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Respond to basic inquiries with courtesy and information.
• Manage multi-line phone system, screen and route calls, and take messages.
• Provide general information as needed and support daily operations using QuickBooks and other software.
