Job summary

Urological Consultants of Florida PA is seeking a bilingual Front Desk professional to be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless service in English and Spanish/Creole. The role runs from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

You will greet patients, manage appointments, handle inquiries, assist with registrations, verify insurance, and coordinate with medical staff to maintain smooth front desk operations.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish/Creole is required.
• Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in using office software and electronic health records.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Positive attitude and a dedication to providing exceptional patient care.
