Staffing For Doctors is seeking a Front Desk Medical Virtual Assistant to support a Primary Care practice across multiple clinic locations in the United States. The ideal candidate has hands-on eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience in a US healthcare setting and excels at patient scheduling, insurance verifications, and CPT knowledge for Medicare populations.

This full-time contractor role requires 40 hours per week with flexibility to work weekends.

Competenze

• 2+ years hands-on experience using eClinicalWorks (eCW) in a US clinical environment.
• 2–3 years of remote Medical Virtual Assistant experience for a US outpatient clinic.
• Knowledge of CPT codes and verification of benefits workflows.
• Experience with Intermedia Unite / UNITE VoIP preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage inbound and outbound patient calls via Intermedia Unite / UNITE VoIP with clear enunciation and empathy.
• Handle appointment scheduling and intake directly within eClinicalWorks (eCW), encouraging walk-ins in advance.
• Perform pre-registration and Verification of Benefits (VOB) for Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and commercial plans.
• Support multiple clinic locations while maintaining excellent patient communication and follow-ups.
• Provide clinical administrative support using standard primary care CPT codes and visit types.
• Ensure coverage during all clinic operating hours.
