The Law Office of Bryan Fagan in Austin seeks an Intake Specialist/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for new clients, collect case information, and route inquiries into our system. You will support front desk operations and manage high-volume calls with professionalism.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, reliable data entry, and the ability to learn legal terminology. Spanish language skills are preferred and a positive, organized attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in intake coordination or high-volume receptionist roles.
• Proven data-entry and computer skill proficiency.
• Ability to learn new technology and databases.
• Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily call quota to qualify potential new clients.
• Build rapport with callers via email, phone or in-person.
• Gather data from inquiries to qualify potential new clients.
• Prepare necessary reports.
• Scan documents and prepare documents.
• Handle high-volume incoming and outgoing calls.
• Follow script to gather information from callers.
• Enter information into an online system.
• Front desk reception responsibilities.
• Gather reports at end of the shift.
