Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Minimum 2+ years supporting a U.S.-based medical practice.
• Strong phone presence with ability to handle high call volumes.
• Experience with front desk tasks: scheduling, intake, and light insurance checks.
• HIPAA compliance and a private, HIPAA-friendly home workspace.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls and schedule appointments.
• Guide patients through intake and scheduling workflows.
• Verify insurance eligibility and assist with authorizations as needed.
