Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist in Everett, WA. This role serves as the liaison between patients and the clinic, handling calls, scheduling, registrations, and front desk operations.

You will greet patients, manage appointments, collect payments, and support back-office tasks with a courteous, bilingual approach, contributing to a positive patient experience and clinic efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Pre-hire competency test is required.
• 90-day probation competency test is required.
• Ability to troubleshoot office equipment.
• Good organizational skills.
• Detail oriented and excellent written/spoken communication.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience with a medical/dental setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Answer phones within 3 rings and direct calls appropriately.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Enter patient demographics into the practice management system.
• Assist with patient registrations and ensuring accurate records.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and assist back office as needed.
• Support collection and payment processing with accuracy.
