Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Washington State is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact, delivering friendly customer service and supporting daily front office operations. Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling, registering demographics, collecting payments, assisting with forms and referrals, and helping maintain clinic flow and access to care.

Starting wage is $21.30 per hour with a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in medical or dental front office preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and answer phones.
• Register patients and collect demographic information accurately.
• Collect patient payments and maintain records.
• Assist patients with forms, services, and referrals.
• Support back-office staff to address clinic workflow and care access.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and waiting areas.
