Pet Community Center in Nashville, TN seeks a bilingual Client Services Associate (Arabic/Spanish or Arabic/English) to join our front desk team and support our community. The role emphasizes people skills, accuracy, and a compassionate approach to pets and their owners.

You will greet clients, manage check-ins/outs, handle payments, and assist with data entry. This is a full-time, 4-day workweek, 7am–5pm, with benefits including medical, dental, paid time off, holidays off, and retirement.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual in Arabic/English or Spanish/English preferred.
• Strong people and communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or front desk roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and act as a front desk ambassador.
• Ensure complete and accurate records for patients and payments.
• Handle check-ins/check-outs for surgical and preventive visits.
• Answer phones and forward messages to staff.
• Process online pharmacy orders and data-entry tasks.
• Assist Development/Marketing with campaigns as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
