Anicira Veterinary Center in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking a compassionate Bilingual Call Center Specialist (English/Spanish). This full-time role involves scheduling appointments, guiding clients through services, and coordinating with the Resource Center to support pets and families.

You will work Monday–Thursday, 10:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m., onsite. The position requires strong communication in both languages and a customer-service mindset to help families access veterinary care.

Qualificações

• Must be proficient in speaking both English and Spanish. This is a mandatory requirement for the position.
• Must be able to communicate fluently, clearly, and professionally with English- and Spanish-speaking clients.
• Must be comfortable explaining veterinary services, appointment information, fees, and other important details in both languages.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional, compassionate client service during every interaction.
• Answer incoming calls and assist English- and Spanish-speaking clients with appointment scheduling and inquiries.
• Manage a multi-line telephone system and prioritize calls efficiently.
• Explain veterinary services, fees, and next steps clearly to clients.
• Educate clients about available services and resources for their pets.
• Schedule appointments accurately according to hospital protocols.
• Maintain client and patient information in the practice management software.
• Process client financial transactions and review assistance applications.
