Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and answer phone inquiries.
• Manage delivery coordination with yard, dispatch, and sales teams.
• Cultivate relationships with customers and maintain a courteous image.
• Process sales transactions accurately per pricing and payment terms.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, hardware, and special orders.
• Assist with inventory and other duties as assigned.
