Colonial Group is seeking a Workflow Coordinator to monitor and adjust daily warehouse work assignments, ensuring timely receiving, picking, and shipping operations. You will leverage WMS and Office tools to resolve issues, manage priorities, and facilitate communication between teams and leadership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily work assignment queue and adjust priorities for efficiency and on-time completion.
• Coordinate trailer moves with yard spotter and manage outbound order allocation.
• Identify, track, and resolve workflow issues including stockouts, overages, and inbound discrepancies.
• Utilize WMS and Office tools to track workflow and document process changes.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and transportation partners to optimize workflow.
